I had the pleasure of staying in an apartment with a full-sized refrigerator, because you never know when you'll need to store a full-sized elephant. And the multilingual staff was so helpful, I could finally practice my Klingon.
Such a shame the apartment didn't come with a teleportation device. Would have been nice to skip those pesky stairs.

Helpful staff, great position. You can go to one of the nearby restaurants, Merulana Cafe, which is easy walk to the venue. Proximity to domus aurea. Good rates were a pleasure.

Communication, Easy Check-in/out, Close to Metro and Colosseum, Clear explanations, Breakfast items provided, Comfortable beds, Hot shower with plenty of towels, Helpful and kind host

The host was amazing, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The house was spotless and stocked with basic food items, including milk, chocolate, water, juice. The location couldn't have been better, just a 5-minute walk from a major attraction.
The apartment lacked a view of the outside and there was no filter coffee machine available. The bathroom could also use some improvements.

Clean, well-presented apartment near central Rome. Owner Mario is kind and helpful. Breakfast and stocked fridge included. Great coffee machine.

our recent stay in rome was amazing, and Appartamento Grazioli made it even better. Mario, our host, was attentive and went out of his way to ensure we had a great time. The location was perfect, with all the important places within walking distance. Plus, the fully furnished apartment and the delicious food provided by Mario exceeded our expectations.
Hot water took too long to restore.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and public transportation. The staff, especially Mario, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast option.
